In-Clinic Rates (Sessions with Dr. Donna Rial-Baker):
$150 per 75-minute (Intern Session Rate: $110)
$120 per 60-minute session (Intern Session Rate: $90)
$100 per 45-minute session (Intern Session Rate: $75)
$60 per 30-minute session (Intern Session Rate $60)
Face-to-Face Internet SKYPE Session
$50 per 30-minute session
Phone Session Rates (For Established Patients Only)
$40 per 30-minute session
Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider. While you may get partial or full reimbursement from insurance, I do not file; therefore, my clients pay the full session rates at the end of each session. However, I make it very simple for the client to file their insurance claim. Clients are given a "super bill" receipt upon the completion of each session; the receipt includes all information that is needed. The clients file this information with their insurance provider, and the provider reimburses the client. The first thing you should do is check with your insurance carrier. Check your coverage carefully and find the answers to the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
